Making a referral to Stable Futures is straightforward and we will guide you through each step. We welcome referrals from schools, local authorities and other professionals.

Once we receive a referral, our team completes an initial review and arranges a consultation to understand the young person’s needs, the outcomes you are working towards, timetable requirements and any safeguarding or risk considerations.

If Stable Futures is the right fit, we will agree a bespoke programme together, confirm a start date and stay closely connected through regular communication and planned reviews, so progress is clear and everyone feels supported.
